I’m a lifelong truth-seeker, devoted yoga teacher, and the heart behind Root & Rise Strategies. After completing my yoga teacher certification, my gurus at Journey Om Yoga gifted me the yogini name Nagapushpa, which means Cobra Lily. The Cobra Lily symbolizes resilience, presence, adaptability, and transformation. This name is a reflection of my own path—a journey of steady practice, personal growth, and supporting others through intentional, soul-aligned work.

For over 15 years, I’ve helped shape marketing strategies with Fortune 500 brands.
